Booking Policies
There is a high demand for playing Kananaskis Country Golf Course and many people do not get exactly the tee time(s) they want. We try to accommodate every tee time request. Our Prepaid Online Reservation System has been put in place to ensure people use their tee time(s) so golfers wanting to play Kananaskis are not needlessly turned away. We thank you for your understanding.

The Golf Fee for each person you make a reservation for is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. The Golf Fee per golfer includes either the Regular 18-hole green fee or Twilight green fee, power cart fee, $1.00 per golfer non-refundable processing fee and the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Adjustments / refunds for seniors, juniors and not utilizing the power cart will not be made.

By prepaying your reservation, you are agreeing to be charged the full Golf Fee for each golfer you have reserved, regardless of how many actually show up to play on the day and the time you have reserved. For example, if you guarantee a foursome and only three golfers show up for your tee time, you will not be issued a credit or any other compensation for the missing 4th player.

We do not want to charge you for a no-show or a short-show to your reservation. We would much rather have everyone in the tee time reservation show up and out playing golf, and of course, you would prefer not to have paid for something you did not utilize. So please follow the cancellation policy below if you are not able to honor your reservation.

Online Individual Bookings are limited to a maximum of eight players per day. The Course reserves the right to cancel any additional tee times booked under the same name or credit card. Any bookings for larger groups (more than 8 golfers) may be made through our group sales office by phoning Mike Gerald, Tournament Director, (ext. 335) or Jenifer Schweighardt, Sales Coordinator, (ext. 334) at 1 (403) 591-7154 or by sending an e-mail to mgerald@kananaskisgolf.com.

All transactions are made in Canadian dollars.

Additional Services
We have Callaway rental clubs (new in 2013) and Callaway rental shoes available at the course. Should you require rental clubs or additional services, please inform the Reservation Office at 1-877- 591-2525 so we may better serve you. Thank you!

Inclement Weather
Kananaskis Country Golf Course sits at close to 5,000 feet (1,520 metres) elevation and can experience quickly changing weather. Rain showers are typical in the Canadian Rockies. The Canadian Rockies rarely experience lightning storms. In other words we seldom have to close the course due to inclement weather. You should assume the course will be open and available for play, and your prepaid tee time is still your responsibility. Weather forecasts do not constitute reason for no shows. It is the sole decision of Kananaskis Country Golf Course to determine if the Golf Courses are unfit for play due to weather. Your credit card will be credited the full amount charged in the event the course is closed because of inclement weather. However, it is your responsibility to contact the course to see whether the course is open for play.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling entire tee times can be made on our website or through our Reservation Office. Reducing the number of golfers or making any other changes to a tee time cannot be made on the website and must be made through our Reservation Office at 1.877.591.2525.

Reservation Office Hours
February 25, 2013 to April 28, 2013, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm MST
April 29, 2013 to October 4, 2013, Seven Days a Week, 8:00am – 4:00pm MST

Cancellations or changes must be made no later than 4 days (96 hours) prior to the date of play. For example, if your tee time is on Friday, cancellations or changes must be made by the Monday prior, if your tee time is on Saturday cancellations or changes must be made by the Tuesday prior and etc. Failure to cancel tee times without proper notification, 4 days (96 hours), will result in the course retaining the full Golf Fee charged to your credit card.
