Directions
from Calgary International Airport to Kananaskis Country
Golf Course
- Follow Airport Road to the traffic light and intersection
of Barlow Trail.
- Turn left (north) onto Barlow Trail for 0.5 kilometres
to Airport Trail and proceed to the Deerfoot Trail
interchange.
- Turn left (south) onto Deerfoot Trail and proceed
for 8 kilometres to the Trans-Canada Highway (16th
Avenue) interchange.
- Turn right (west) onto the Trans-Canada Highway
and proceed through Calgary to the west city limits
(Canada Olympic Park will be on the south side of
the highway).
- Continue on the Trans-Canada Highway for another
63 kilometres to Kananaskis Trail (Highway 40 South).
- Exit at Kananaskis Trail, Exit 118, and proceed south for 26 kilometres
- Turn right at the Golf Course entrance (Lorette
Drive) and proceed to the Valet Parking at the front
of the Clubhouse.
- Driving time is about 1.5 hours.
Directions from Banff to Kananaskis Country Golf
Course
- Exit Banff town site and continue to the Trans-Canada
Highway.
- Turn right (east) onto the Trans-Canada Highway.
- Continue on the Trans-Canada Highway for 55 kilometres
to Kananaskis Trail (Highway 40 South). Do not exit
at Highway 1X (Kananaskis Guest Ranch / Seebe exit).
- Exit at Kananaskis Trail, Exit 118, and proceed south for 26 kilometres
- Turn right at the Golf Course entrance (Lorette
Drive) and proceed to the Valet Parking at the front
of the Clubhouse.
- Driving time is 55 minutes.
